Year of the Snake

Summer has only just begun, the heat has arrived and nothing about the pace has changed. That is Snake weather, and the Snake is the sixth of the twelve, a fire animal, thoughtful and self-contained and much harder to read than the people around you assume. Check a birthday in late January or early February against the date of the lunar new year, since that, not January 1, is where the Chinese year begins.

Snakes watch first. You take in a situation, weigh it privately and then act once, cleanly, without a run-up. That makes you look effortless when in fact you rehearsed the whole thing internally.
